Condensate Contamination Monitoring & Control System

The Samson make Type 41-23 self-operated universal pressure reducing regulator is a standard size regulator (1/2" - 4") designed to work in all general industrial applications. The system comprises a sensor chamber with conductivity sensor and temperature sensor, mounted in bypass to the Manual Blowdown Valve. The sensor is connected to the controller that constantly monitors and displays the TDS Automatic Boiler Blow Down System level & takes the control action whenever necessary. The TDS level inside the boiler varies with: Feed water TDS: If the feed water TDS increases then the Boiler TDS increases quickly for the same steam load. Steam Load: If the steam load increases then the Boiler TDS increases quickly for the same Feed Water TDS. To maintain the level of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) inside the boiler within the permissible limit, boiler water is drained periodically from the boiler. VOLFRAM offers high efficient 3 passes internal furnace packaged solid fuel fired steam boilers. Capable of being fired on Wood/Solid agro waste, Coal this is capable of achieving high thermal and combustion efficiencies through the optimum sizing of steam output. Utilizing the 3 passes wet back concept the full combustion of fuel takes place within the large furnace before passing into the fully submerged wet back reversal chamber. Two passes of convection tubes then carry the hot flue gases through the two convection tube bank in the boiler and thus ensuring complete transfer of heat for steam generation and thus ensuring high efficiency.
